Partner Spotlight: Keith Gougues | New Orleans Real Producers
Restoring Homes, Building Trust
Keith Gougues has spent much of his life in the New Orleans area. Born and raised in the metro region, he has witnessed firsthand the challenges the city faces with water, mold, fire, and smoke damage. For Keith, those experiences weren’t just about property—they were about people.
After a long career in the oil and gas industry, Keith was ready for a new challenge. A Petroleum Engineer by training, he spent 38 years building and running his own oil and gas company. When he sold that business in 2021, he was ready to embark on a completely different path, one where he could focus on helping people in a more immediate and personal way.
“I was looking for a different type of industry to start a new business,” Keith explains. “The business seemed to be a thriving industry for the New Orleans area, so I opened a franchise.” That franchise became All Dry Services of Greater New Orleans, a company specializing in residential and commercial restoration.
All Dry Services provides a comprehensive range of services for properties damaged by water, mold, fire, and smoke. The company works quickly to restore homes and businesses, emphasizing customer satisfaction at every step. But what truly sets Keith’s company apart is the philosophy he’s carried from the very beginning.
“We care more than other companies. Our motto is, ‘Treat people as you want to be treated,’” Keith says. “We respond quickly. We offer reasonable pricing. And customer satisfaction is our main focus.”
This commitment to personalized service is a point of pride for Keith. While many companies in the restoration industry may prioritize speed or scale, Keith says his team focuses on the human side of every job. “Doing a good job at a fair price” is more than a tagline—it’s a guiding principle.
Keith leads a tight-knit team of three lead technicians: Louis, Phillip, and Darion. Together, they specialize in residential mold remediation, working closely with clients to ensure that properties are restored efficiently and safely. But it’s not just about fixing damage; it’s about building trust. “Caring about my customers and employees” has been the biggest reason for his success, he says.
For Keith, success isn’t measured purely in revenue or growth—it’s about sustainability and relationships. “Creating a sustainable and thriving business while still maintaining good customer relations,” he says, “is how I define success.” That approach is reflected not only in the company’s day-to-day operations but in how Keith balances his personal life with his professional responsibilities.
Outside of work, Keith is deeply connected to his family. He has been married for 44 years and has six children, ages 18 to 39. Weekends often involve family meals, vacations, and playing games together. Keith also devotes time to charitable organizations, continuing a lifelong commitment to community service.
Managing the balance between work and life requires perspective. “I manage the things I have control of, and let God handle the things I do not have control of,” Keith explains. This mindset allows him to focus on what matters most: people, whether in his home, his company, or his community.
Keith sees his involvement with the Real Producers platform in much the same way he approaches his business: as an opportunity to build meaningful relationships. “Building relationships,” he says simply. It’s a principle that underpins every part of his life and work.
For real estate agents, property managers, or anyone in need of restoration services in New Orleans, Keith’s message is clear: All Dry Services of Greater New Orleans combines prompt response, fair pricing, and personalized care to meet clients’ needs.
