All Dry Services Twin Cities received a call from a client with a significant water leak, following multiple days of rain.  The team responded quickly to the home and had the dry out process completed in a quick 48 hours. The first step was to extract and remove carpet and padding that could not be dried out. This was a critical step as there were extreme amounts of moisture from the flood that it was causing the relative humidity (RH) to remain high, well about 50%. The team mitigated the humidity quickly through dehumidification and ventilation and once the RH percentage was acceptable, the team began the process of removing unsalvageable particulate.

The cuts to the drywall were clean in the impacted areas, resulting in an accelerated dry out process and ultimately saving the client’s home from further damage.
