My experience will All Dry was absolutely exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Michael Griffin is absolutely fantastic and I would have been a complete panicked mess due to the water damage in our house but he was calm, knowledgeable, and reassuring throughout the process. I am having them do some additional work to restore the damage and I can\u2019t wait to work with Michael again. Our technician Joe was fantastic and addressed all of our concerns from the leak we had. He was very thorough when going through each of the areas that could\u2019ve been impacted by the water damage. He helped us understand how we prevented any further damage and gave us additional suggestions.<\/span><\/p>\n

I was told AllDry would arrive in one to one and a half hours but they arrived in about 10 minutes. The guys were very easy to talk with, very personable and informative. They showed me everything they were doing and why. I had a lot of water flowing into one of my basement rooms which I was doing my best to direct outside. By the time they got to my home there wasn’t much water to deal with but they investigated anyway and found the source of the problem. They offered a more extensive and probably expensive solution but told me if I did the simple fixes that they shared I would probably be ok. Down the road, if things change, and the “simple fixes” finally give out, I will definitely be calling this company to do the work.<\/span><\/div>\n

Professional, honest, knowledgeable, kind, caring, on call 24-7, came at 3:30am for a water line leak, arrived in only15min, even shut off the main line by road which other company called Erx said they could not do because they didn\u2019t have a wrench. Bill Cox and Michael were thorough and sincerely care about your property, making sure there\u2019s no mold, checking in daily to be sure that dehumidifier is working correctly extracting all water and readings are excellent dry before removing the machines. I was all alone and felt so comfortable with them in my home.
